An Easter Celebration

Finally I'm done with this drawing! Nearly a week late and missed the contest deadline I was going to enter this into. I actually finished this a few days ago, but when giving it a final look over I didn't like how Allison's skin looked to dark. So I went back and through trial and error found what I think is a good shade for her (pale). Also worked on my multiple light sources and shines. I think her outfit came out the best and I still need a lot of work with backgrounds so many bottles!!.

Allison smiled as she looked over the last painted egg. It wasn't nearly as well done as the others, but she doubted anyone would really care. It was not like many of the patrons who would come that night even knew what Easter was. Even she could not quite figure out what an egg laying rabbit had to with a zombie. At least the few who did know about the holiday would appreciate the decorations and food that had taken her all day to cook.

With the minutes ticking towards opening time Allison gave a look around the bar while placing the egg into the basket with the others. Bright pastel ribbons were tied into bows around the beams. Each table had its own bouquet of fresh flowers along with a bowl filled with an assortment of candies from the world known as Earth. The smell of fresh baked ham and lamb filled the air mixed with the aroma of the desserts that had just finished baking.

Allison's gaze fell upon a mirror on the far wall and the smile disappeared from her face. She saw for the first time how she looked in the costume from Earth and how much skin it showed. The man at the costume shop must have tricked her and given her the wrong costume. How was the over revealing outfit even considered a bunny suit? The only thing "bunny" about it was the tail and ears. Allison could not help but think of how ugly she looked in it, almost like an unattractive stripper. She started to pull at the top to try and get it to cover more of her breasts. A shiver of pleasure ran up her spine as the Skeleton Key rub between her breasts. Instantly she stop and put her hands into her lap thinking that such an act was not something that a person of her standing should be doing.

The bell of the grand tower in the center of Parallexus began to toll drawing Allison's thoughts back to the bar. She gave a quick look into the mirror once more knowing that there was no time to change so she would just have to get over how she looked. Her ears began to pick up the murmurs of the anxious crowd waiting for the bar to open. The smile slowly made its way back onto her face as she made her way towards to the door. That night would surely be one to remember...

Parallexus is a megatropolis that exists in the space between worlds and acts a hub to them. Allison's bar is located in the city. She is able to travel to the city by using the "Skeleton Key" not its actual name, just what she calls it, an artifact that can be used in any door lock to make said door into a portal to Parallexus. The other OCs do not know about the city or Allison's adventures through out the multiverse. I also used this drawing to touch on Allison's personal issues, but will get more into those at some other point.
